The Girl in 6E ebook
The first book that I read of Alessandra Torre's was Blindfolded Innocence and that left me reeling for its sequel, which I am still eagerly waiting for... That is why I liked the authors Facebook page. I am glad that I did because I would not have known about the release of her newest book, The Girl in 6e.
After the 1st chapter review:
The Girl in 6e had me captivated in the first chapter. It will keep you interested and unable to put the book down because it shows you in the first chapter that it is a mystery book and you will not be able to guess what happens in the next chapter.I can not put the book down and I cant wait to find out how it ends. I will share another review then.
Review upon completion:
I just finished reading the book and I am really impressed. It only took me one day to read it and I could not put it down. The first chapter had me hooked. What started out as a book that conveyed mystery and self loathing turned into a story that led to redemption and freedom from fear of what she thought she would always become. I like the way the story was told from the viewpoint of the characters that made the story complete. I strongly suggest purchasing this book and it has become my favorite.
I will admit, my interest in this book floundered a bit at first, but the further I read, the more into it I got. I loved how things ended, and think Alessandra definitely has a best seller. I hope to see Deanna again!
BalasHapusI went into this book a little iffy but I am so glad I decided to give it a try. It wasn't all about "fake" sex...it actually had a past story and some suspense. Don't read the info and turn your head, actually read the story it's good and I wish their was more..I didn't want it to end.
BalasHapusThis was a whole new reading experience for me! this book was unlike any book ever I have read.. However I found it sooooo intriging that I just couldn't put it down.. I was always woundering what would happen next! The only thing Is I wish the ending would have been a little longer after she found herself.. But again great job! It really shed some light on the Camming industry..
BalasHapusThis book was definitely unlike anything I have read in the past. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time unsure of what would be coming next. This is the second book I have read by the author and they have both been great reads. I recommend this book to anyone, especially if you are tired of reading the same love story over and over because you will not get that for The Girl in 6E.
BalasHapusIt is not very often that I get to say a story is un-freakin-believable but this one sure was! I have never been more on the edge reading a book than I was with this one. Forget the sex....it becomes secondary in this story and believe me you won't miss it! You find yourself not caring about it (even though there are some really hot scenes)!
BalasHapusDeanna/Jessica is a sex-cammer with a horrid past. You don't want to like her when you know she is charging $6.99 a minute for online sex but you just have to. Locking herself away in her little apartment, having food delivered from diet programs, and watching her grow more and more introverted, you begin to feel for her. Even through her murderous thoughts, you grow to accept what she is and long for her to have more in her life.
Along comes Jeremy. The 30 year old delivery driver who can't quite understand or connect with Jessica. He wants to, but can't get past the closed door rule of no interaction she has maintained throughout the 3 years worth of deliveries. Circumstances finally do find them face to face but will they find a connection to get past the obvious.....
This book takes you through a roller coaster of emotions that have you terrified, aggravated, disgusted and thoroughly hot! The extent of this woman's life and what she has gone through totally captures your heart. So much so that you find yourself rooting for her to get better and find her happiness.
This story had me totally engrossed in it from beginning to end. The writing is so detailed that you feel like you are there, right next to this woman. It had my heart racing, stomach in knots, and overall anxious feeling throughout the story. After reading The Girl in 6E, this writer is definitely a new favorite. I look forward to reading more from Alessandra Torre!
